Sushanth has been in practice for more than 6 years working on interior,residential  projects in his initial years of practice. Later on,  he joined S3d and won competition of Vadodara International Cricket Stadium  , Kotambi.

Jahnavi  with a design experience  and expertise on more than 30 projects in a career span  of  5 years. She has been key architect of projects like Viviana Westin , Mangla Bluebell, Auro Vivaanta, &  Shree Aarna Sky waves.
