DESCRIPTION : A dark ,dusty unused office space now reformed to well lit & ventilated space for a young civil engineer owner . 

With optimal use of glass partition to separate spaces and to remain in given budget. 

Idea for a concrete bench came due to utilitarian and financial need which is used in the waiting area for new client to daily laborer, concrete bench seems to be the best option as they can built it in-house.
